◆Introduce

Conical strip mixer is a general mixing device for powder granule. It is composed of a vertical conical container and a spiral belt rotating column with good mixing effect. Can be used for a variety of purposes, primary mixing, secondary mixing can be used. In addition, a jacket is designed and installed on the outside of the container of the device. The use of cold water, warm water, hot media and other fluids, but also can be drying, heating, evaporation molding, cooling, heat treatment, sterilization and reaction operations.

Structure

There is a small gap between the spiral strip rotary wing and the inner wall of the conical vessel. The driving part of the cylindrical wing is designed in the upper part of the top plate, and there is a vortex suppressors and blades inside. The upper part has a simple bearing seal assembly and the material is discharged from the lower valve.

The gyrating wing has a larger radius as it goes up, and the transfer ratio is designed everywhere on the vertical section. The upper part is provided with eddy current suppression plate. When the material circulates to the lower part of the cavity, it is not affected by the eddy current. The product with high mixing degree can be obtained.
